I have forgotten my password.
To reset the password of your account, select the item "Forgot password" at the top of the short help.
Enter your email address there and select the galaxy in which the account is located.
If the email address matches your account, you will receive further instructions by email.My activation email has not arrived.
Please check first if the email has not accidentally landed in your spam folder. Otherwise you can request another activation email. You can find the corresponding form in the quick help above. Alternatively you can request a manual activation by the support. Please note that accounts can only be activated for 24 hours after registration.
My account was banned.
Accounts will be banned by our support team, if there is a rule breaker. In this case you should take a look at the ban list. You can find it above in the quick help. There are two types of bans: temporary bans and permanent bans. Temporary bans are described with a cancellation date.
How can I write in the forum?
The forum is independent of the game, so you need a separate account.
In the forum you will find above the menu item Login.How can I write in the wiki?
The wiki is independent from the game, so you need a separate account.
The registration to the wiki is only possible through the support.
